1. About SureTickets
SureTickets is a ticket discovery platform. We list live event information and route users to trusted ticketing partners. We do not sell tickets, process payments, issue tickets, or deliver them.
2. The purchase happens on Queen of Tickets
When you click a "Get Tickets" link, you leave SureTickets and complete your purchase on Queen of Tickets. Your purchase is governed by Queen of Tickets' terms, not ours. Any refund, exchange, delivery or support issue is between you and Queen of Tickets.
3. Accuracy of information
Event details, prices, availability and venues shown on SureTickets come from Queen of Tickets' live feed. We refresh this data multiple times per day but cannot guarantee it is current at every moment. Always confirm details on Queen of Tickets before purchasing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, copy or redistribute event data from this site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The SureTickets name, logo, design and code are owned by SureTickets. Event images, artist names and team names remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
SureTickets is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, event cancellations, price changes, or any transaction completed on Queen of Tickets.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
