Who we are

SureTickets ("we", "us", "our") operates suretickets.com.au as a ticket discovery platform. We do not sell tickets directly — all ticket purchases are completed on Queen of Tickets.

What we collect

Analytics data — pages visited, device type, approximate location, referrer. Collected via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics.
Search queries typed into the site's search.
We do not collect payment information, full names, or addresses on SureTickets. That happens on Queen of Tickets under their privacy policy.

How we use it

To understand which events and pages are popular.
To improve site performance and navigation.
To detect and prevent abuse.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser — the site will still function, but some analytics will not be collected.

Third parties

We share anonymised analytics with Google. We pass event and click data to Queen of Tickets when you click through to purchase. We do not sell your data.
